There are a few trigger states for you to get her number, if you gain weight too quickly and miss those states then you end up missing out on interacting with her.
You need to encounter her by walking during weight stage 2 which sets up your encounter to get her phone number at stage 4. I may change how this works though, you're not the only person who has missed out on getting the requirements.
I was hoping for an hourglass build, where your character can get curvier without putting on belly fat? Maybe you could get toward this build by purchasing the purple gem but not the scrolls and go for tons of walks?
Also you should verify your store tags against the tags that everyone else is using.

At the moment you can interact with it in your inventory, it currently doesn't have a use outside of that
