Big Aspirations

Hi! This is my first attempt at making a story in Twine, but I am feeling ambitious. Please be aware that this is my first time doing coding or working with this software so the chances of bugs popping up are likely, but please feel free to tell me about them, I am willing to fix mistakes and learn! I am also using AI art to supplement the story, my art skills are lacking and my budget is limited, I hope you understand.

You are Aubrey, a young woman who just recently started her job at a marketing firm. You have always gone unnoticed in your day to day life and you have reached  your limit. You come to the realization that the only way that you will be able to draw the attention and respect of others is by getting...bigger.

I EMEREGE FROM THE TWINE MINES WITH A NEW UPDATE! After (checks watch) 6 Months!? I have finally come to you all with the fruits of my labor. There is a ton of new content to explore and experience and I am excited for you all to finally get a chance to see if for yourselves.

Version 0.7.1 contains the following changes and bug fixes:

• Updated presentation, with backgrounds and wrapped text boxes.
• Reworking of the "Crash Diet System" to a loan system; this includes some new spice with Jamie at higher stages. 
• An options menu that now contains the toggle for weight measurement as well as a toggle for if you are playing with audio or not. This will allow people to know when there is an audio clue present in an event.
• Can now purchase Business cards when you run out
• Braised Lamb can be cooked now
• The Cleo maid café events should be working properly now
• Strawberry tart no longer removes kiwis from inventory instead of sugar
• One of the hunts in the mall with glasses can now be properly used as part of the Cici hunt quest
• Cinnamon buns can be accessed in your pantry as soon as you purchase them rather than having to wait till you buy the first cookbook
• The roulette glitch can no longer be performed
• Fixed text link in specialty donut stage 10 passage
• Gym now functions as intended, no hot fix required
• You will no longer get repeatedly looping endings if you want to continue to play after your first viewing of the ending.
• French Fries will show up in your inventory when purchasing them for the Elaine quest
• The contract in the haunted keep will now be signed permanently 
• Using the running path once Beth reaches her heaviest point will no longer lead to a soft lock
• Visiting Lilly after she has been sent to the warehouse will no longer eventually lead to a black screen. (New weight stage for her)
• Can now encounter the Beth's brothers events past stage 9. 
• Having Jamie reach her chubby trigger on the same day as you outgrowing you clothes will no longer break the sequence
• Some typo corrections.

Version 0.7.2

• Broken Images fixed
• Added background to bakery scenes
• Cleo sheetmusics should work properly
• Broken links fixed in Lilly passages

Version 0.7.3

• Roulette in Casino is no longer abusable 
• Broken image links fixed
• Some updated grammar and spelling
• Bug that caused players to miss the party event during the Jamie questline is fixed (unfortunately saves passed that point are unable to see the choice with David Knox. A save file that is just prior to choosing your roommate has been included in the Zip for people who want to avoid having to grind back up to that point because of this error.)

Version 0.7.4

• Fixed a couple more broken image links
• Properly fixed the ending loop on the Jamie and Stephanie Path
• Can no longer bet negative chips on roulette
• Movie theater possession event cannot be performed more than once
• Grammar and spelling mistakes
• Can no longer accidently miss the Jamie becoming chubby event if you outgrow your clothing on the same day that you are supposed to encounter it. 

Previous saves from 0.6 versions of the game will no longer work, a fresh start is necessary, but with the added content that is encouraged anyway.
